Delete your Bookey account
Bookey Pro Inc. · Request deletion of your account and associated data
You can ask us to delete your Bookey account and the data we store for it.
This page is the request path for the website and the Bookey Android app
(com.bookeypro.app).
How to request deletion
Email admin@bookeypro.com from the address on the account, with the subject Delete my Bookey account. Tell us whether you want only your user deleted, or the whole organization workspace (receipts and QuickBooks connection in Bookey).
What we delete
Within 30 days of a verified request we delete, as applicable:
- Your sign-in (email, name, password hash) and membership
- Receipt images and extracted bookkeeping fields stored in Bookey
- QuickBooks OAuth tokens and Bookey’s copies of post/match status
- Assistant chat history stored for your user
We may keep a minimal record of the request itself (who asked, when we completed it) where we need it for security or legal obligations.
What we cannot delete here
Expenses already posted to QuickBooks Online stay in your Intuit company until you change or delete them in QuickBooks. Intuit’s tools and policy apply there.
